The alternating hot and cold shower is the way to improve maximally your body circulation, metabolism, and immune system.
Your blood vessels constrict (with cold) and dilate (with hot), helping greatly to stimulate your circulatory systems during the alternating shower.
The wastes in your body are eliminated and the oxygen and nutrients absorption increase during the alternating shower.
